One Direction 'Love Screaming Girls'

However, Harry tells Vogue mag he's still not used to the attention...

The One Direction lads have revealed that their favourite thing about being in the chart-topping boyband are their screaming fans.

Harry, Niall, Liam, Louis and Zayn appear suited and booted in a shoot and accompanying interview with prestigious fashion magazine Vogue - where Live While We're Young stars claim they just love girls screaming at them.

Niall told the December issue of the publication: "I love it. I love the screaming. They love it, too: they’ve all got their tickets and they’ve been waiting a year or so to see you, so you’ve got to give it your best."

Bandmate Harry went on to state that he's still getting used to the attention he receives from the opposite sex, stating: "You’re never going to get used to walking into a room and have people screaming at you.

"There’s a lot of things that come with the life you could get lost in. But you have to let it be what it is. I’ve learnt not to take everything too seriously."

The 18-year old heartthrob added that he "likes" fashion, but isn't to keen on some of his clothing choices during 1D's time on The X Factor in 2010.

He confessed: "I like fashion. When I look back at the kind of stuff I wore on the X Factor, I laugh. There’s no excuse."

Liam, who recently split with long-term girlfriend Danielle Peazer, was also keen to explainwhy he decided to shave off his hair, telling Vogue: "At the start, management said I wasn’t allowed to change my hair. But then I did it anyway, so they kind of let that one go.

"I tend to change my hair quite a lot. I can go out and about. The other day I went out dressed as a big chav – Adidas trainers, jogging bottoms – and no one recognised me."

As well as discussing their style, Harry also claimed that the 1D's music has also changed, explaining they want to sound more like a live band and "experiment" on second studio albumTake Me Home - out on 12th November.

Styles explained: "We want to gradually get more and more ‘live’ sounding. So this album is a lot less little synth sounds, more guitars and drums. 

"It’s important to experiment with things – we want to move with the times, but keep true to ourselves."

In other 1D news, the boys have been added to the line-up for this year's Royal Variety Performance, where they will sing new tune Little Things for the Queen.

They join the likes of Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue and Girls Aloud at the gala event, hosted by comic David Walliams on 19th November at the Royal Albert Hall.
