In the latest stint of their mission to conquer the world, One Direction made their debut on X Factor Italy yesterday performing one of their latest singles 'Live While We're Young.'
The lads are currently touring Europe to promote their forthcoming second album, Take Me Home, which is expected to take the charts by storm when it is released on November 12.Zayn, Harry, Louis, Liam and Niall took to the stage on the Italian version of the talent competition on Thursday evening to perform fun pop song 'Live While We're Young' which features on their latest album and peaked at number three in the UK charts when it was released this summer.
The heartthrobs made sure to give lots of energy throughout their performance last night as it has emerged their manager has put them on an intense fitness regime in order to keep them in shape. Apparently, their manager fears they aren't fit enough to take on their upcoming UK tour and has pulled out all the stops to whip them into a healthy diet.
"We're concerned about them - and Liam is still healing after he broke his toe when he MacBook fell on it this summer in the US," a source told the Daily Mirror.
"Zayn and Niall have both been on crutches so now they're all on hardcore fitness regimes."
The group are prone to accidents with Niall dislocating his knee 14 times and Harry dealing with a bad posture, forcing him to take up pilates.
Meanwhile, the boys are gearing up for the premiere of the music video for their new single 'Little Things' today, which was penned by their close friend Ed Sheeran.
An early review of the boys' album was published earlier this week, and it looks as though the boys have a sure-fire hit on their hands.
Take Me Home has already topped the pre-order charts in 50 countries, meaning they are on course to score a number one on the album charts.
